Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. Following his fame-making roles in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow He appeared in more 20 feature films including The Core. He's also been in 22 TV shows including Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order as well as Law & Order. Qualls has been diagnosed at the age of 14 with Hodgkin lymphoma, is an extremely strong fighter. Following two years of treatment the cancer was cured. The treatment was so early that it had a severe effect on the body, and stunted his growth. As he began to make decisions, financial security was the ultimate objective. He had been in poverty throughout his early years. I've been living so cheaply over the years that I need to have that financial security or the world feels out of control for me he stated in an interview. Also, looking back to his own youth and his desire to make a difference in the issue of bullying. "Cruelty is a pain to me," he said. The man says his ideal character would be a dad in both real and film life. He admits that Directors do not cast DJ in such roles. It's great to someday be the parent of his own child, at which point you can spend less time on career and devote it to his child.
